David partners with organisations around the world to develop leadership capabilities that drive performance and impact. He started his career in psychometric development, moved to the Police to strengthen selection and learning, and then in Shell and RELX as a global leader he enhanced talent management and leadership development. A Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a DPhil in Social Psychology, David now consults with clients worldwide, supporting senior leaders and managers across many industry sectors. He brings a deep understanding of corporate environments, leadership, and learning to deliver solutions that transform performance and engagement.
